Several people have asked why is there a “Glenlakes Golf Course” Flag flying on the Flag Pole at Clubhouse & 20.
We needed a light on the flag pole at night and Glenlakes Golf Course offered to provide the light for the Flag Pole from dusk to daylight. They are also providing electricity for the lights under the oak trees at the entrance way at Clubhouse & 20.
One reason that we have the added value of our homes is due to the location of the Golf Course within Glenlakes Development. Without the Golf Course we would just be another development in Foley, AL.
I replaced the 5 ft X 8 ft Poly American Flag on Thursday night with a 6 ft X 10 ft Nylon Flag on the Clubhouse & 20 Flag Pole. This will make the American Flag stand out more and should fly in the wind better than the poly flag.
