The Board of Directors meet the 2nd Tuesday of each month at the Glenlakes Clubhouse.  The ARC meets at 2:00 and after the ARC Meeting the Board Meets. Normally the time for the Board Meeting will be 2:30 p.m.

If you have a problem with someone not taking care of their yard please contact one of the Board Members.

 They will notify the owners by mail and a phone call. If neither effort results in correcting the grass mowing problem and 10 days after the date on the letter (in accordance with Article 3.05 of the Covenants), they can have the contract mowing service cut the grass.

Remember:  do not do anything without ARC approval before starting!
