Effective June 30, 2009 we are no longer using West Beach Realty. Contact Board members for any problems.

The Board has approved the $100 annual dues .

So, property owners paying their dues before June 1 can submit a check for $100 payable to "Lakeview Estates POA" and mail the check to:

Foley, Alabama 36536-0984

If received after June 1st the dues are $110.

Lakeview Estates no longer are using West Beach Realty.
