Glenlakes Entrance Way Improvements

Plants needed!

The Lakeview Estates “Beautification Committee” is about through with the entranceways of County Rd 12/Fairway and County Rd 20 /Fairway.  We will handle Eagle Lane and County Rd 12 next year. I hope everyone in the Glenlakes Development likes the new look. I feel the Committee did a great job!  Let the Committee know if you appreciate the work they put in.  These improvements have been at no  no additional cost to the “Lakeview Estates” !!!

Lakeview Estates is now working with Fred Brown at Carnoustie Place and Tim Cahill at Glenlakes Golf Club on the Main Entranceway of County Road 20 and Clubhouse Drive.

We need any sago palms that may be too large for your yard to be donated to the Entrance ways. Someone will come over and take them out for you and plant them around the entrance ways.   We are also open to any other plants that you feel will work around the large rocks at the Golf Course Entrance way.

We have water at this entranceway and can put flowers, plants or palms.

Ron Prescott (Golf course superintend) stated he was working to get the water fountain at the entrance way pond working.

PS.  Anyone who would like to help with the improvement of the Major Entrance Way (Clubhouse/20) please let me know. I feel the entranceway improvement at Fairway Drive helped “The Villas”. I also feel that the major entrance to the Golf Course will help for “The Gardens”. If we can do something about the Clubhouse Entrance way that should complete our project.  With the home prices being down anything we can do will help our Glenlakes Development.
